Refund policy

This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to purchases from encorepaints.ae, operated by Encore Vision Building & Construction Materials Trading L.L.C. (Trade Licence No. 1520723, Dubai, UAE).

• Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for unopened and undamaged products in original packaging only.
• Tinted, mixed, or custom-colour products are strictly non-returnable, as they are made to order.
• Claims for damaged or incorrect goods must be reported within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence at orders@encorepaints.ae.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, except where the return is due to our error or a defect.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item. The product price is refunded; delivery charges are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error or a defect.
• All returns and refunds are handled in accordance with UAE Consumer Protection Law No. 15 of 2020.
