This website (encorepaints.ae) is operated by Encore Vision Building & Construction Materials Trading L.L.C. (Trade Licence No. 1520723, Dubai, UAE) — “Encore Paints”, “we”, “us”. By placing an order and making payment, the customer confirms acceptance of the following terms and conditions.

1. Terms and Conditions

• All prices are shown in UAE Dirham (AED). We may change prices and product availability without prior notice; the price applied to your order is the one displayed at checkout.
• An order is accepted once payment is confirmed. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurs) and will issue a full refund in that case.
• Payment is accepted via the methods shown at checkout: debit/credit cards (online) and card payment at our showroom and dealer points. Card details are processed by a certified payment provider; we do not store your card data.
• Products must be used for their intended purpose in line with the manufacturer’s instructions.
• Governing law. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Dubai Courts in accordance with UAE law, including Consumer Protection Law No. 15 of 2020.

2. Returns & Refunds

• Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for unopened and undamaged products in original packaging only.
• Tinted, mixed, or custom-colour products are strictly non-returnable.
• Claims for damaged or incorrect goods must be reported within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item. Where the return is due to our error or a defect, replacement or refund is free of charge.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Order processing

• Orders are processed on business days (Mon–Sat, excluding UAE public holidays) once payment is confirmed. Standard preparation time is 1–2 business days.
• Orders placed after 3:00 PM, on a weekend or on a public holiday begin processing on the next business day.
• Tinted and custom-colour products are made to order, so production time is added to the delivery time; an estimate is confirmed with your order.

Coverage & timeframes

• We deliver across all seven Emirates of the UAE.
• Estimated transit after dispatch: within Dubai, 1–2 business days; other Emirates, 2–4 business days. Remote areas may take longer.
• Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed; they may extend during peak periods.

Shipping charges

• Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your address, order weight and volume, and are shown before payment.
• Large, heavy or bulky orders may be delivered by dedicated/freight transport to the kerbside or entrance (no carry-up); terms are arranged in advance.

Collection

• Collection from our Al Quoz showroom (Dubai) is available, Mon–Sat 9:00–17:00. Please quote your order number on collection; ID may be required for large orders.

Receiving & inspection

• The customer is responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and contact details; re-delivery caused by an incorrect address may incur a fee.
• Please inspect the packaging on receipt. Report any visible damage, shortage or incorrect item to the courier and to us within 48 hours, with photos of the outer and inner packaging.
• Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer on delivery (or on collection).

Failed delivery

• If the recipient is unavailable, the courier will contact you to re-attempt delivery. Re-delivery caused by the customer (unavailability, incorrect address) may incur a fee.
• Unclaimed or returned-to-warehouse orders are refunded less the delivery cost.

Delays & force majeure

• We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather or other circumstances beyond our control.

GCC delivery

• Delivery to GCC countries (e.g. Saudi Arabia) is available on request for wholesale/dealer orders; customs duties and clearance are paid by the customer.

4. Colour Disclaimer

Colours displayed on screen, in catalogues, or in printed materials may differ from the actual paint colour due to monitor settings, lighting conditions, and surface preparation. Encore Vision Building & Construction Materials Trading L.L.C. is not liable for colour variations resulting from these factors. We recommend ordering a tester prior to full purchase.

5. Liability & Warranty

Encore Vision Building & Construction Materials Trading L.L.C. is not liable for improper application, surface preparation failures, or use of products outside manufacturer specifications.

BARBOT products (made in Portugal, EU) carry the manufacturer’s warranty covering the quality of the material when correctly stored and applied. The warranty does not cover incorrect application, mechanical damage or normal wear. To make a quality claim, keep the batch number and your proof of purchase, and email orders@encorepaints.ae.
